Find support and begin your journey towards healing.

“Welcome to the beginning of therapy. You have made the important choice for yourself, starting the
process of exploring what brings you distress and wanting relief.” Together with your therapist you will
have the private space to wonder out loud and make connections between your past, present, and
important relationships.”

About me

I hold a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 124031) and have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Cal State University San Bernardino and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University.

I have always had a deep-rooted passion for the helping profession, with over 20 years of valuable experience. In 2005, I made the decision to further my education.

In addition to my qualifications, I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT) and skills trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Looking to Navigate Life’s Challenges, Past or Present?

You’ve already taken the first step.

Many individuals turn to therapy for a variety of reasons—whether it’s navigating unexpected life changes, coping with traumatic events, or managing the stress that disrupts daily life. These challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and unable to fully engage in day-to-day activities. Past wounds often resurface, impacting your ability to focus, regulate emotions, maintain satisfying relationships, or enjoy activities that once brought happiness.

Therapy offers a safe, neutral space to explore your feelings, improve communication, and foster personal growth. It can help you build deeper connections, enhance emotional resilience, and rediscover balance in life.

Whatever led you to this page is a valid reason to seek support. I am honored you’ve found this resource, and I deeply admire the courage it took to begin this journey. You’re not alone—help is here.
